Columbia SC HVAC Repair Pros operates columbiaschvacrepairpros.com. This notice explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the service address, and your description of the problem.
• Call recordings and transcripts, when you call our line. Our line is answered by an automated assistant and calls are recorded.
• Technical details attached to a form submission: the time, your IP address, and your browser's user agent. We keep these as evidence of when and how consent was given.
• Campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, where present, so we know which of our pages produced the enquiry.

What we use it for

• Passing your enquiry to a licensed HVAC contractor so they can contact you and carry out the work.
• Keeping a record of enquiries, which is also the record we show the contractor to support what we bill them.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to a list of competing companies. Each enquiry goes to one contractor.

Contact about other things

Giving us your details for a repair enquiry is not agreement to marketing. If we ever wanted to contact you about anything other than the enquiry you made, we would ask you separately first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records, call recordings and consent records for as long as we need them to support billing and to answer any dispute about an enquiry, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@columbiaschvacrepairpros.com. If you would rather we did not pass your details to a contractor after all, tell us and we will not.
