Terms of use

What this site is

columbiaschvacrepairpros.com is operated by Columbia SC HVAC Repair Pros. Columbia SC HVAC Repair Pros is a referral service, not an HVAC contractor. We take your details and connect you with a licensed local HVAC company that performs the work. We are paid by the contractor we refer you to, never by you.

The contractor relationship

Any HVAC contractor we refer you to is an independent business. They are not our employee, agent or subsidiary. The agreement for any inspection, repair or installation is between you and them, and they are responsible for the work, its pricing, its warranty and their own licensing and insurance.

We do not supervise the work, and we do not guarantee any contractor's availability, arrival time, pricing or workmanship. Satisfy yourself about a contractor before letting them start — including asking to see their South Carolina licence and proof of insurance.

Emergencies

This site is not an emergency service. If you smell gas, have a carbon monoxide alarm sounding, or see smoke or fire, leave the building and call 911. Do not wait on an enquiry submitted here.

Information on this site

The guidance on our service pages is general information about how HVAC systems commonly fail. It is not a diagnosis of your system and should not be relied on as one.
